Michelle started making fudge about 30 years ago as a gift for her mom (a very picky fudge eater). She has been making it at the request of family and friends ever since. Her mom encouraged her to open a fudge shoppe, so selling fudge at the deli is a tribute to her.

We proudly serve the Bellport Village and happily cater to anyone on or around Long Island. Come meet our family and allow us to serve yours!
